Who is responsible

Pixel Motion is responsible for this sales page. Privacy requests can be made through the contact details published on the Pixel Motion website.

Purchases

The sales page does not collect payment or order information directly. When you choose to buy, you are sent to Gumroad, which processes checkout, payment, receipts and digital delivery under its own terms and privacy practices.

Early-access records

If you submitted the earlier validation form, its limited record contained your email address, selected work role, optional description and consent time. Those records are not used for an automated marketing sequence and remain subject to the consent and retention terms shown when they were collected.

Storage and retention

Early-access records are stored in the hosting platform database, are not sold, and are not shared for advertising. They will be deleted within six months of collection unless earlier deletion is requested or continued retention is required by law. Purchase records are retained by Gumroad and Pixel Motion only as needed for delivery, support, accounting and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of applicable information, or withdraw earlier validation consent, through the Pixel Motion contact above. Purchase and payment requests may also need to be handled through Gumroad.
